Airy presents further research on leaf arrangement, including modifications to a theory put forth in an earlier paper abstracted in volume 21 of the Proceedings of the Royal Society as 'On leaf-arrangement' (see AP/55/1).

Annotations in pencil and ink throughout. Marked on front as 'Archives Nov 5/74'. Includes two pages of diagrams relating to leaf arrangement.
