Description

Letter received by the Royal Society as a result of a statement, titled 'A Curious Fact' (see AP/10 for description). Hutton summarised the problem as he read it in a local newspaper and states that he had previously discovered the answer through experimentation. He asks whether a reward is offered and requests information on how to submit his answer.
