Description

Letter received by the Royal Society as a result of a statement, titled 'A Curious Fact' (see AP/10 for description). C F had heard from a friend about the problem posed by the Royal Society. C F provides their solution the problem, proposing that a vacuum is produced between the cards when blown upon.
