Description

Gilbert writes of the receipt of Walsh's recent mathematical paper, explaining that the paper had been passed on to the Junior Secretary who would read it and then refer it to the Committee on Papers. He explains that the Committee will then decide whether or not the paper is to be printed or committed to the Archives.
