Description

The second of three volumes containing the manuscript versions of papers published by the Royal Society in volume 141 of Philosophical Transactions in 1851. This volume contains the text and tables of observations from Charles Morgan Elliot's paper 'Magnetic survey of the Eastern Archipelago'.

Also includes some original illustrations and figures in drawn in ink in support of the papers.
